Banyan Tree’s signature restaurant offering authentic Thai cuisine. Overlooking the nature reserve’s watering hole where the wildlife gathers, dinner conversation will turn naturally towards the antics of these nomadic creatures. Alternatively, Safran Tower, designed in the style of an Arabic watchtower, offers a romantic meal for two under a brilliant sky.
Located off the resort’s main block, Al Waha, meaning Oasis in Arabic, serves popular international fare and local Arabic specialties. Located at Banyan Tree Ras Al Khaimah Beach adjacent to the community pool, Sands provides a healthy selection of International cuisine prepared by our chefs at the beach grill. Watch as gazelle and oryx roam peacefully through the landscape, making their way to the Saffron Water Hole to quench their thirst. Your guide will share his knowledge of the local traditions as well of the desert’s fauna and flora along the journey.
Located within a 20-minute drive from the resort, the Beach Club offers a selection of recreational activities like snorkelling, water-skiing, wake-boarding and sailing in the shimmering turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf. Schooner-chartering, fishing and scuba-diving trips can also be organised. Guests who prefer to lounge by the private beach may also do so in comfort the Beach Club’s bar.
