Mauritian cuisine has gained five new quality eateries with the opening of the Long Beach. Three restaurants are located on the Square and propose tables on the terrace and indoors, the two others are on the beach.
Fresh produce, exquisite flavours and inventive creations intertwine; Italian, French and Mauritian cuisine combine with the perfumes of Asia and flavours are fused with the lively rhythms of show kitchens. The hotel proposes a wide variety of culinary experiences.
