AlQasr Metropole Hotel is notorious for its outstanding outlets and prides itself with the quality, innovation and the services it provides.
Trattoria with a new and contemporary atmosphere is an Italian restaurant. It is famous for its homemade pastas, pizzas (with many creative toppings to suite many tastes), and fish and succulent meat dishes besides a wide variety of old and new world wines. Trattoria's attractive terrace operates during the summer season. Trattoria seats up to 75 people and a non-smoking section is available.
The newly refurbished Vinaigrette boasts a spectacular view of Amman. Situated on the 7th floor, it has a panoramic view with a warm and slick décor. The walls are fitted with natural wood creating a stylish contemporary "lodge" feeling, with decorative giant bamboo sticks dangling from the ceiling to generate warmth. Vinaigrette has a live Sushi station with adjoining bars to seat guests. The menu also includes various International dishes and delicacies with a wide selection of salads.
Oobé is the latest addition to AlQasr Metropole Hotel, offering an original lounge/bar/restaurant. The ambience brings together an eclectic design with a gorgeous automatically operated sunlight. Large Windows embrace two private library areas, on two levels of its winding staircase. One of the landing libraries has a beautiful cozy terrace. Oobé’s fresh colors integrate well with the large colorful mosaic tiled bar and its lounges and stools are sure to offer an out of the box experience (Oobé) to all its clientele. The menu is a fusion menu with a wide variety of the finest Angus meat cuts, gourmet burgers and over 100 cocktails. Oobé seats up to 100 people and has a private lounge and there is a non-smoking area as well.
The Qyard opened its doors to the World Cup in 2006 and is annexed to the Hotel. Its decor is based on the “SafarKhan” theme, celebrating the colorful trade route from the near East. Guests will enter the world of the silk, spice, tea, porcelain and textile caravan trade with intricate details and brightly decorated surroundings.It is a spacious outdoor venue, with a relaxing atmosphere and offers private lounges and tables on paved and grass areas and seats up to 250 people. The Qyard offers snacks, main dishes and various drinks. Hubbly bubbly can be enjoyed while listening to varied Arabic music; creating a laid back and entertaining atmosphere.The Qyard is also the perfect venue for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. It is also famous for organizing the finest children's events; birthdays, Halloween and Easter egg Hunts.
