The Pohutu Cultural Theatre is a purpose built space of 600 square meters built to showcase our contemporary Maori Cultural Show & Feast. This unique Rotorua conference venue is perfect for large conferences, product launches, trade displays, audio visual presentations, gala award evenings and AGM’s.
The Te Puna Aroha Room is a large meeting room with natural light and also features access to one of the hotel car parks, enabling easy access for trades and even access for a small car to the meeting room itself. It is a great room for large conferences and events, which can also be divided into two smaller meeting rooms.
Totara Room is the portion of Te Puna Aroha which has outside access and natural light. It is a multi-purpose space with a ceiling data projector and ceiling hooks to easily enable the display of promotional materials.
Kauri Room is a great multi-purpose space, ideal for a smaller conference or as a break-out room. Kauri Room also has internal access to Manuka Room, which gives great flexibility.
Cascades Room is located in very close proximity to Pohutu Cultural Theatre. It has great natural light with a lovely view out to the hotel swimming pool, which provides a great area for taking conference breaks. It is a very flexible space, works very well as a break out room, for trade displays, smaller functions and seated lunches and dinner.
Located on Level 2, this private meeting room has a spectacular position, overlooking the Geothermal Valley. It is perfect for a small meeting, break-out room or a secretariat room. The room contains a small annexe for a working lunch within the room area, allowing catering access without disruption.
Located on the ground floor, this room can be accessed via Te Puna Aroha/ Kauri Room making it great for a break-out room or secretariat room or for small meetings or lunch/dinner. We can provide banquet & catering services for your event too.
