The Garden View Villas are nestled amongst immaculately landscaped tropical gardens. With the flexibility of sleeping up to 3 guests, the rooms still maintain a spacious and airy ambience. Privacy and seclusion are captured in this peaceful garden setting. These villas boast stunning glass ceiling bathrooms allowing you to experience the divine elements of nature in privacy.
The Ocean View Villas are nestled amongst immaculately landscaped tropical gardens with views of the ocean. With the flexibility of sleeping up to 3 guests, the rooms still maintain a spacious and airy ambience. Privacy and seclusion are captured in this peaceful garden setting. These villas boast stunning glass ceiling bathrooms allowing you to experience the divine elements of nature in privacy.

These Villas have recently been rebuilt and now embody the chic style that Sinalei is renowned for, with stunning views of the turquoise lagoon.

Each Beachfront Villa embodies a stylish design and structure, sprinkled with Samoan culture. These villas are surrounded by lush gardens and boast a gorgeous wooden deck that spans out over the beachfront. They offer incredible views of the stunning evening sunsets over the magical Sinalei lagoon – in a word “Paradise”.
With a beachfront location on the western side of the resort, the Executive Fale Suite enjoys a panoramic beach setting. Comprised of 2 villas separated by covered timber walkways, the Executive Fale Suite offers flexible living spaces to suit a variety of needs.
The first air-conditioned Villa provides accommodation with all the creature comforts. The second Villa is a large open lounge area with bar and entertaining facilities.
Located on the western side of the resort, the Presidential Villa Suite is situated in a a perfect panoramic beachfront setting. The Presidential Villa is made up of 3 Villas separated by undercover timber walkways, making ideal living spaces to suit a variety of needs.
The first Villa is air-conditioned accommodation with all the comforts you would expect. The second Villa is a large open lounge area with bar and entertaining facilities. This combination of inspirational design makes for an incomparable facility; the ultimate Pacific Island retreat in true luxury.
The third Villa is an adjoining Beach Front Villa offering all the luxuries and services you would find in this room alone.

The magnificent over water Ava I Toga Restaurant and Bar is a perfect, romantic dining location. A spectacular sunset and the sound of water lapping on the pier make this setting all that embodies the magic of the South Pacific. Take a stroll to the end of the Pier to witness a spring bubbling from underground lava tubes – pure, cool, fresh water rising to the surface of the ocean. There is really no place more magical to indulge in delicious Seafood and Cocktails!
With traditional Samoan architecture (the open – sided Fale) on view at this spectacular restaurant, you will feel as relaxed as you are meant to in Samoa. The view across the gardens to the pier and lagoon and the unrivalled sunsets bring this traditional building to life. Open for breakfast and casual light lunchs, as well as fine dining on specific nights. Add in the once a week FIA FIA night of traditional food, dancing featuring Sinalei’s own staff and the famous knife dancing show endemic to the district of Siumu, as well as the spectacular BBQ on a Saturday – two of the week’s highlights.
Named after our favorite Uncle Harry, a renowned family member whose love of story-telling of the “good old days” is famous all over the region – what better place is there for wiling away a few hours? The pool is just steps away so quenching one’s thirst as you laze on the lounge or take a swim in the crystal clear waters of the pool, becomes a part of your daily routine. The dream of the tropics is true – a discovery of a lifetime. The evening brings another dimension to Uncle Harry’s Bar – be there as the birds make their last calls of the day before retiring, as the sun slowly dips in the sky. You have the chance to join other guests enjoying a cocktail or two before dinner or just relax and enjoy the ambience of the surroundings.

We don’t think you will be bored when staying at Sinalei. Below you will find a long list of what is available right inside the resort. Pick the ones you like most and spend the rest of the time reading a book or doing nothing at all. You might not find the time to do nothing so soon again. Hey, you might actually start discovering the small things you never paid attention to before…
Sinalei’s unique oceanside spa provides the ultimate form of relaxation. Open 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday by appointment and 6.30pm to 8.00pm for a candlelight treatment.
Enjoy the unique experience of golf in a tropical setting. Sinalei’s nine-hole course is designed for recreation and relaxation. Green fees are complimentary to guests and clubs can be hired for a nominal fee, golf balls are available for purchase.
Sinalei offers guests complimentary use of kayaks and canoes for the duration of your stay. There are wonders to behold in the mangroves not far from the resort and they can also be used for a strenuous workout should you feel the urge.
Snorkeling equipment is complimentary to guests at Sinalei. The waters are so warm you may not want to get out and the coral and tropical fish must be seen to be believed.
Enjoy a challenging match on either of Sinalei’s two tennis courts. Racquets and balls are available for your use.
