Fairmont One-Bedroom Suites are located on floors 11 through 17. They consist of a large bedroom with a connecting parlor that can be closed off by a single door. Both sections have a full bathroom, their own flat screen TV, wireless Internet access and private entrance from the hallway.
Deluxe One-Bedroom Suites are newly renovated suites located on throughout the hotel offering luxury and privacy which are ideal for guests who wish to entertain or require extra living space. They consist of a large bedroom with a connecting parlor that can be closed off by a single door. Both sections have a full bathroom, their own flat screen TV and private entrance from the hallway.
Very popular with honeymooners and VIP clients, this luxury suite is at the top of the hotel with a stunning view of downtown Winnipeg. It features a dining area and master bedroom with full bathroom. A large livingroom with a second bathroom makes it perfect for a romantic getaway or a meeting with a client. Contemporary furnishings and original artwork from Manitoban artists evoke a truly residential feel in the Royal Alexandra Suite. The large bedroom area features a king sized bed and views or Portage and Main or the Forks Market, where you can witness the evolution of The Canadian Museum for Human Rights. The private bedroom also features a full bathroom with soaking tub and glass enclosed stand up shower.

Residential in style, Fairmont Gold rooms have a large working desk, two telephones, 42" flat screen television and complimentary wireless Internet access. The four luxurious Fairmont Gold suites offer guests the option of a separate sitting room (286 sq.ft.) with beautifully frosted glass doors as a divider.
