Our 43 private bures and villas are spacious, individually appointed decor and fully air-conditioned. Your stay is all-inclusive – from airport transfers to bountiful gourmet fare and a flurry of non-motorized water sport activities. Beverages are additional.

The Garden bures are surrounded by lush tropical gardens with a white picket fenced veranda. These bures are spacious with one king bed, bamboo canopy frame, palm wood furniture, complete with romantic stone shower. Your bure includes a private walled courtyard in back, and are perfect for a couple. Air Conditioned.
The Garden 2 – bedroom bures are perfect for a family, two couples or two singles sharing. Each bure has two king-size beds, living room is appointed with tropical furnishings. Additionally there is a full sized day bed for lounging or for an extra person. The bathroom has an indoor tile shower and an outdoor stone shower. The bure has a screened porch sitting area, looking over the gardens.
The 2-bedroom Raintree bures are perfect for a family, two couples or two singles sharing, who would like the convenience of having a kitchen. Each bure has two queen-size beds, living room with tropical furnishings, one bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, a large shady front porch with hanging hammock chair, views of the golf course, rainforest, and private plunge pool for each bure.
Our two story Honeymoon bure is over one thousand square feet in size, fully furnished in teak and palm wood furniture. The downstairs living room has a day bed for lounging and wet bar. The master bath has a private spa tub and shower. You will enjoy surrounding decks on the lower level along with a private plunge pool, outdoor shower, and stunning views from every angle. The second floor master bedroom suite, has an over-sized built in bed, TV with DVD player, and a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, golf course, and rain forest beyond.

SUPERIOR - DALO VILLA - You will find spectacular ocean views from every direction of this 2,000 square foot villa. Dalo features a large sundeck, swimming pool and elegant vaulted wood ceilings. Your home away from home, is complete with a kitchen, dining room, lounge area, and screened porch. There are two separate master bedroom suites on each end of the main house making this Villa perfect for two couples traveling together or small family that wants privacy. An outdoor shower is centrally located for your use. Tropical furnishing throughout.
LUXURY VILLA – MOUNTAIN TOP - This 3,000 square foot villa is architecturally stunning, offering spectacular 360 degree views over the resort, rainforest and Koro Sea. Mountain Top Villa offers a large, free form infinity edge, swimming pool situated between two buildings, as the focal point of this accommodation. Mountain Top features a large great room, with full kitchen, private master bedroom, and four additional bedrooms that share a bathroom.
Vesi Villa is a beautiful 2500 square foot home with high vaulted hardwood beam ceilings throughout, lots of glass, and quality tropical palm wood furnishings. This home has a large great room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 very large master bedroom suites, each with wet bar, luxury bathrooms, and outdoor stone showers. The third bedroom has two twinsized beds and private bathroom with an outdoor stone shower. Vesi Villa has a beautiful setting under the shade of a large rain tree, good views to ocean, soaking pool, and spacious verandas off of each room with separate access. This is a great home for a larger family with lots of room to spread out. Three TV/DVD’s throughout.

The Edgewater Villas are located partially over the water, on the Koro Bay lagoon. You’ll enter the 2 story villa through a private garden with your own swimming pool, sundeck and bridge over the pool. The lower level includes a relaxing living area furnished with soft leather and palm woods, complete with a full kitchen, dining room, media room with flat screen TV & DVD player, and a full bath. The leather couch in the media room is equipped with a fold out bed. Right off the living room you can access the ocean from your deck with ladder to Koro Bay. The whole second floor is the master suite with a king sized bed, leather lounge, and private rooftop deck overlooking Koro Bay lagoon.
The New Edgewater Bures were built with romance in mind, offering the newest addition to Luxury at “Edgewater Lagoon”. The bures offer a traditional Fijian style with tropical thatched roofs, and a private porch elevated above the ocean below. Each porch offers a private beach area with ladder that leads directly into the blue lagoon. These bures offer guests spacious bathrooms with his and her vanities, King sized romantic beds, and expansive views of the lagoon from the tropical lounge area and master bedroom. The New Edgewater Bures offer the best value for guests seeking a waterfront experience in beautiful Fiji. Maximum occupancy 2 people. Adults Only (16 years and older).

TREETOP HONEYMOON VILLA

LIGHTHOUSE VILLA
The two story thatched villa is 600 square feet in size, and located right on the waterfront in the Koro Lagoon. Our Villa features a private round swimming pool, with panoramic views of the Koro Sea, and Lotu Island. The master bedroom is appointed with a Queen size bed and shower with bathroom. Lighthouse is complete with a kitchen, and lounge area with an additional outdoor stone shower, located along the private ocean front veranda. **Lighthouse is located along the waterfront and across the street, just a short walking distance from the main resort area.
TWO BEDROOM POOL VILLA
Our newly re-finished Vale features stunning views of the ocean from all bedrooms and screened porches. The master bedroom features a Queen sized bed, and palm wood furnishings. A second bedroom includes two twin beds and an additional bathroom, with private sitting area between the two bedrooms, complete with wet bar. The highlight of this villa is the large private swimming pool, and hot tub plunge pool within a walled courtyard for privacy. This villa is ideal for a honeymoon couple, OR family.
STREAMSIDE FAMILY VILLAS
Our Stream Side Villas are a great addition to modern accommodations for a family with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms in a setting along the stream. The villas are surrounded by with beautiful pink and white lily ponds. The lower level of this villa includes two bedrooms with queen beds, sharing one bath with outdoor shower. Streamside includes a full kitchen, dining room, and living area with flat screen TV & DVD player. The second floor is the master suite with king sized bed, twin vanities and master bath with large soaking tub. The master bedroom is appointed with a rooftop deck overlooking the stream, under shady rain trees.

Koro Sun has two restaurants for you to enjoy during your holiday with us. The Matakau Restaurant is our primary dining outlet within the central clubhouse of the resort. Matakau offers you a fresh selection of locally sourced and regionally inspired cuisine. Breakfast starts with an array of fresh fruits, cereals, and warm bakers basket. You can choose to have a hot breakfast made to order such as coconut battered french toast, or our farm fresh eggs prepared to your liking. Your stay at Koro Sun inclusive of three gourmet meals each day, afternoon tea with beverages being an additional charge. Your meals are prepared with the freshest ingredients from our Organic Gardens on the resort plantation with Pacific Rim style of cuisine offered throughout our restaurants. Lunch and Dinner options include choice of Entree, Main and Desserts with meal selections for both vegetarians and vegans as well.
In the Seaside restaurant we are happy to cater to any specific dietary needs, allergies, or specific preferences. Please advise us at the time of booking, and remember to communicate your needs to a member of our dining staff at any time during your stay.

Our Seaside Restaurant is available for your dining pleasure a few days out of each week, offering you another location to dine during your stay. Take in the stunning views of the Koro Sea from this ocean front setting, and enjoy one of our signature tropical cocktails along with the tantalizing flavors of fresh seafood selections.
This long bar is located within the Matakau Restaurant offering a full bar menu, with fresh tropical cocktails, local and international beers and a range of wines from around the world.
Offering expansive views of the ocean and Bat Island, this is a great place to wind down and enjoy Happy Hour.
(Wai meaning water) The new Edgewater Beach Club features a swim up bar with service offered directly from the infinity edge swimming pool. Spectacular sunsets go well with happy hour specials and a unique cocktail menu. Cheers!
