Enjoy the 19 luxurious suites at Hunters Country House, all individually designed and decorated with its own distinctive atmosphere. All have private patios and gardens, while certain suites have their own splash pools.
Rooms
The five individual thatched roofed Garden Suites and seven Superior Garden Suites are each privately positioned along the winding fairy-tale paths of our fragrant country gardens.
The interiors join past and present, with modern plush textural fabrics in a calming palette of oyster shell, mushroom and soothing pale greens, off set by polished antique pieces and the twinkle of dainty chandeliers.
Each Garden Cottage is approximately 45m2, has a fireplace, air conditioner, mini bar, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower and of course a garden patio with table and chairs for bird and butterfly spotting.
Each of the four Family Suites have two spacious bedrooms to suit any family looking to stay within close proximity to one another.
The fabrics are rich and luxurious and the bathrooms have the added facility of a bidet. The larger patios feature sun loungers and a parasol.
Each Family Suite, like all the others at Hunters Country House, boasts a fireplace, air conditioner, mini bar, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower and of course a garden patio with table, chairs and loungers.
Offering 85 m2, the 2 Deluxe Pool Suites have a separate lounge and dining area with a large flat screen TV and French doors opening on to the stone patio and sundeck of the private pool and garden.
The large and luxurious bedrooms lead on to a separate dressing room area and a large bathroom with twin basins, heated towel rail and an outdoor shower.
As with all of the suites at Hunters Country House, the Deluxe Pool Suites also have a fireplace, air conditioner, mini bar, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower and of course a garden patio with table and chairs for quiet outdoor dining and of course loungers at the pool side.
The 125 m2 Forest Suite, tucked discreetly into the beautiful garden is like a house of your own.
The entrance hall leads past a butler’s kitchen, and guest restroom, into the split-level dining room and large lounge with home entertainment system. This leads on to the outside entertainment area, a thatched gazebo and private swimming pool.
The bedroom is vast with an antique chaise longue in a sunny bay window, its own vintage fireplace, magnificent four-poster bed and French doors lead onto the pool area and garden. It is possible to open two inter-leading doors to the superior Garden Suite next door for a Family Villa experience.
Again, as with all of Hunters Country House suites, the Master Suite has a fireplace (two in the case of the Master Suite), air conditioner, mini bar, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and en-suite bathroom with separate (sunken) bath and shower.

Hunters Country House offers beautiful seating areas to enjoy the country style fare on offer.Breakfasts are served in the sunny glass conservatory and offer a selection of tasty treats to start the day. Light lunches are served in the dining room or on the lawns. The outdoor boma with its comfortable couches and fireplace, invites you to enjoy a high tea or a glass of bubbly as the sun sets over the gardens.
Vibrant and casual with distinctive international flavours, Zinzi Restaurant offers an abundant and tasty menu, in an incredible forest setting.
The furniture is all custom made and slightly oversized, as comfort is key at Zinzi. Sitting around a low table on ottomans and cushions sharing a meze platter or on a wingback chair at an antique table with turned legs and a pewter chandelier – absolute relaxation is guaranteed.
The tables provide for ample space, with fabulous dishes beautifully displayed during each course. Uniquely designed cutlery curiously hidden in a cloth bag and beautiful glassware add to the imaginative dining experience.

Hunters Country House is the perfect family getaway. It is a fun, secure place for children of all ages to play and have a holiday where even the youngest of guests is pampered. We make sure children feel like they have come home to 5 star luxury, surrounded by the forest and beautiful grounds.
For the younger children Cubs Corner is a designated area with a small paddling pool, climbing frames, sand pit and the Cubhouse, where they can watch videos, paint, draw and play games. Cubs Corner caters for children 0 -8 years. Should parents wish to have their children looked after at Cubs Corner or require baby sitting facilities this can be pre-arranged prior to their arrival.
