The Farmhouse Restaurant serves traditional Cape cuisine with a variety of seafood complemented by a carefully selected wine list. Food is robust and hearty, filled with the spirit of the West Coast. Breads, cakes and pastries are freshly baked daily and are best enjoyed with a cup of coffee on the restaurants veranda overlooking the lagoon.
If you indulge early and with no haste chances are that the rest of the day will follow suite. Crackling fires, warm pastries and home baked seadloaf from tannie Jane's peusel spens. The choices are endless with the best known breakfast buffet in town. Our a la carte menu is not to missed featuring delights such as flapjacks with quality bacon, berries, banana and maple syrup.
If you find yourself at The Farmhouse Hotel at tea-time, we recommend you treat yourself to tea and a treat, you’re sure to satiate your mid-afternoon hunger pangs with our giant freshly baked scones with whipped cream and home-made jam or a slice of Tannie Jane’s mouth watering cakes. Sip your tea on the terrace and watch the boats drift out on the Lagoon when the sun hangs lower in the sky and illuminates the water.

Overlooking the sceninc Langebaan Lagoon and Sanparks green belt, the terracotta tiled veranda is the perfect setting to host any special event. Special provision has been made for the erection of a Bedouin tent structure. The veranda can host up to 60 guests.
The Farmhouse conference facilities are versatile meeting areas and can cater for conferences up to 12 delegates. Comfortable and functional, with absolute privacy, it is ideal for small business meetings or intimate seminars.
Wedding
The natural and serene setting of The Farmhouse with its sweeping views over the lagoon, make it a classic wedding venue. With an indoor capacity of up to 60 people, your wedding reception can be intimate or well attended. The bride and groom can take their vows in a selection of nearby churches or be married by a minister, barefoot on the beach or lagoons’ edge!
Our breakfast room is a warm and inviting space, with a capacity for 60 guests and is furnished with oregan dining room tables and chairs, a fireplace and beautiful views of the lagoon. The room opens up onto the terrace and is separated by French doors from the main dining room, which is used to enlarge the function room for sizable receptions for up to 100 people. Our farm style restaurant will be happy to cater for your special occasion and we offer various menu options that promise to delight your guests.
