Located on the fifth floor of the hotel and offers a view of the pool area as well as of Seven Mile Beach. Contains a furnished parlour/living room with a breakfast bar, but no cooking facilities. Also contains a medium-sized refrigerator.
Located on the third floor of the hotel with a direct view of Seven Mile Beach. This suite offers a 1500′ verandah with patio furniture and lounge chairs, which offers complete privacy. The parlour area/living room is furnished complete with a sofa bed, breakfast bar, medium sized refrigerator and a dining table.
Our Deluxe Ocean Front rooms are located directly on Seven Mile Beach. They offer an unobstructed view of the ocean. The ground level rooms carry patios and the 2nd floor rooms carry balconies.

Dining
Beach House is an upscale yet casual restaurant offering incredible view of Seven Mile Beach and inviting, intimate atmosphere. The cuisine is centered on coastal living and foods from the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Asia. These items and influences have been brought together by Executive Chef Sandy Tuason. Local, sustainable fish and produce from the islands are incorporated into the cuisine. Seafood is the mainstay of the menu, with other culinary delights such as beef, lamb and pork highlighted as well.
The menu is divided into two segments Smaller Plates and Larger Plates. Small plates are appetizer, soups and salads, this size will allow people to sample many textures and flavors while staying on the lighter side of the menu. The Large plates section is designed more for guests that would like to share “family style” or are just feeling like having an entrée portion. This distinct menu style allows the customer to sample multiple menu items, flavors and textures while sipping delicious wines.
Guests feel empowered to “Surf” the menu and put their own tasting menu together for a fun and lasting experience. Also offered is a five course tasting menu with or without wine pairing.
Beach House has a strong wine program offering a full selection of mid-range, select and boutique wines from around the world. Let the service staff use their extensive knowledge in recommending the ideal wine pairing to enhance your experience.
The Beautiful Terrace Lounge is located adjacent to Beach House restaurant with stunning view of Seven Mile Beach. The lounge has an open air feel with comfortable furniture and tropical plants.
Chef Sandy Tuason’s tapas menu and specialty drink menu is offered from 5:30-10:30 p.m. nightly.
Ferdinand’s is a “Caribbean Casual” restaurant focusing on local foods, spices and flavors. The menu features a “comfort food” approach to Caribbean cuisine with flavors like braised short ribs, jerk chicken pot pie, truffle mac and cheese, conch chowder, sticky toffee pudding and cassava cake. Enjoy dining inside or out with spectacular views of Seven Mile Beach.
Ferdinands is open breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. We offer full breakfast buffet as well as a la carte menu selections. You can enjoy your meals inside or outside all 3 meal periods. Ferdinand’s is a great place to bring the family and children of all ages.
Our Café is the perfect place for someone on the go. If you’re looking for great coffee, pastries or a breakfast burrito in the morning or a quick lunch for your beach bag, Café Soleil is the right choice. We offer a “grab and go” menu of fun delicious foods like, fresh fruits, parfaits, yogurt, house made pastries, desserts, sandwiches, ice cream, organic snacks, all natural sodas and much more!
Tortuga is a “Beach Casual” restaurant with a menu designed around exciting light and healthy fare. Our very casual “toes in the sand” style menu has items such as, great salads, grilled fish, proteins and poultry, tacos and much more. Come dine “al fresco” at this wonderful island restaurant with comfortable seating on the beach or patio. We have an extensive kids menu available all day. Tuesday and Friday nights is our “Beach Side BBQ” on Seven Mile Beach. The restaurant opens daily at 11 a.m. and serves until 9 p.m.
